I’m Dolly Tampos Oksman, and I'm here to help you achieve your health, wellness, and life's goals. I'm a certified wellness coach, behavior analyst, author, transformational speaker, and a special education teacher.


My mission is to help you develop a deeper love for yourself and find long-term solutions to stress. My programs will take you on a step-by-step journey to a happier, healthier, and calmer life with less stress.


As your coach, I use a variety of methods, including the CORE Coaching Method, Wellness 360 Health Philosophy, Behavior Analysis, Mindfulness, and the secrets I learned in the convent as a former missionary nun, which I'm passionate about sharing with you.
