MY STORY

I was in your shoes a few decades ago. One of my greatest struggles was my very low self-esteem.
I tried to cover all of these by being "nice." I became a people pleaser. I was stressed out, striving to make others happy and like me. I was exhausted and so unhappy. I went to church every day and tried to please God. ​But I still felt empty deep within.

There was a time I tried to commit a suicide because I couldn't take the intense loneliness that I felt.


One day, I met a nun. She told me the secrets- the antidote to my stressful life.

Hi! I'm Dolly Tampos Oksman, dedicated to helping you achieve your health, wellness, and life goals. As a certified wellness coach, behavior analyst, author, transformational speaker, and special education teacher, I use my expertise and experience to help you love yourself and find long-term solutions to stress.

 

I experienced burnout and lived a life without meaning and feelings of emptiness. I feel so blessed that I was able to uncover the secrets that took me out of that life that I called "The Abyss," the night of my soul.

FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

How will I purchase the Love Roadmap Coaching one-on-one Coaching Program?

I would like to know if we are a perfect match to work together. I prefer you schedule your breakthrough session before purchasing a 1:1 coaching package.

 

What if I paid in full and decided not to continue the sessions? Can I get a refund?

I encouraged you to schedule a complimentary session so you will know if the program and my coaching style are right for you. However, suppose you cancel the rest of your sessions. In that case, you will be charged according to every coaching session already conducted as stipulated in our coaching agreement, which you are to sign before you begin your first coaching session. When you get your refund, you will no longer have access to any materials associated with this program.

 

What if I wanted to continue with 1:1 coaching after I finished the program? Can I continue at a discounted price?

Sure. Since you went through the program, I will charge you a reduced price. 

 

What if I used up all the allotted 1:1 coaching sessions before going through all the program steps?

Will the coach extend the number of coaching sessions?

No. I will keep the number of 1:1 coaching sessions the same. You can invest in additional coaching sessions. 


What if I can't make it to the scheduled session? Will the coach still charge me?

Yes and No. You will be charged if you are a no-show during the scheduled meeting without giving me 24-hour notice. So, if you want to reschedule, please give me a 24-hour notice. For more information about scheduling and cancellation, refer to the coaching agreement for cancellation policy, which I will provide you at the beginning of our coaching journey.

 

How are sessions conducted?

The coach will conduct sessions through Zoom, Messenger, or FaceTime. I prefer using a video camera to see you to help you better. 

 

Where can I access the lessons for this Program?

In your welcome Email, we will give you access to all the necessary links for this program and instructions.
