My name is Dolly Tampos Oksman, and I'm here to help you achieve your health, wellness, and life's goals. I'm a certified wellness coach, behavior analyst, author, transformational speaker, and a special education teacher.


My mission is to help you develop a deeper love for yourself and find long-term solutions to your negative stress. My programs will take you on a step-by-step journey to a happier, healthier, and calmer life with less stress.
