BOOST your Confidence and Beat your insecurities with this one-word!

The MAGIC PILL! The MAGIC WAND! The MAGIC WORD! That is…

Do you feel insecure because you think your friends are better than you?

They have beautiful hair, they have a good job, and they are in a good relationship. They are living the life that you want.

Maybe you're looking in the mirror, screaming at yourself, and calling yourself names, "You stupid ugly face," and other words that you can think of to despise yourself because you feel your life is a mess.

I understand how you feel. I was in your shoes. I had very low self-esteem and felt no one could love me. Growing up, my brother called me an ugly duckling. I auditioned for part of a dance presentation in first grade, but I wasn't chosen. I looked at those our teacher chose; they were beautiful and well-off. I felt more insecure.

I continued to live a life with so many insecurities. I kept comparing myself with others, and I was always at the bottom for some reason (my low self-esteem). Others were always better than me. I felt I wasn't good enough.

Until one day, I found the antidote to the feeling of NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

The MAGIC PILL! The MAGIC WAND! The MAGIC WORD! That is… GRATITUDE!

Learn how to increase gratitude and make gratitude your habit through our NEW book, FINDING YOUR LOST SELF: The 30-Day Journey to Self-love.

Perhaps you're like me before. You don't feel good about yourself. Transform your perceptions about yourself by being grateful for what you have.

When you're grateful, you will attract more of those things and experiences you are thankful for because what you focus on expands.

After reading this blog, if you struggle to see your worth and value as a person, try thinking of one thing that is good about yourself and your life today. Then say words of gratitude. For example, thank you for having a shelter to live in. Then, think of another one. Then write it in your journal. Think of three good things about yourself and your life the following day. Then continue increasing the number of things you're grateful for and acknowledge them. When you continue this habit, you will eventually feel good about yourself.

Beautiful You, you're an image and likeness of God; therefore, YOU'RE ENOUGH!
