Hi! I'm Dolly Oksman, and I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed by stress and negative emotions. I'm here to guide you in finding the core message of your stress and other unpleasant emotions and feelings so you can experience inner peace and joy and feel complete again. 

My coaching programs are a set of techniques, and a transformative journey designed to help you tap into your unshakable confidence that you're loved, worthy, and enough. 

 

As your transformational guide, I integrate the CORE Coaching Method, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Wellness 360 Health Philosophy, Behavior Analysis, and spiritual practices such as Prayer, Meditation, Mindfulness, and the secrets I learned as a former missionary nun. 

 

Let's embark on this journey together, one step at a time, to find our joy, achieve our goals, and create positive changes in our lives.
